Our collaboration with the National Academy of Construction (NAC) underscores our mission of providing vocational education to those in need. We have trained individuals in various domains such as Electrical House Wiring, Land Surveying, and Plumbing & Sanitation, amongst others. Our placement record demonstrates our commitment to the cause: with a 100% placement rate across many of our courses, we are not just training individuals, but also helping them secure a better future.

Practical Impact: Training to Placement

At Tanla, we understand the power of giving back. As a company that took its first steps in Hyderabad, we feel a deep connection with this city. Its vibrant spirit and relentless drive for progress have been a significant part of our journey, and it brings us immense pride to contribute towards its growth.

Our impact doesn't stop at the classroom door, it follows our trainees out into the world, into their careers and their lives. And the numbers speak for themselves. 

In the inaugural batch trained as part of our partnership with the NAC, a total of 100 candidates were trained in essential technical skills such as storekeeping, electrical work, and plumbing, providing them with ample opportunities to flourish professionally. An astounding 90% of these students from the first batch secured employment immediately upon graduation. This success story continued with the second batch where 75 out of 84 trained individuals were successfully placed, further cementing the company's dedication and commitment towards fostering an environment that enables success.

Take our Electrical House Wiring course, for instance. We trained 20 individuals in collaboration with the National Academy of Construction (NAC). Following their training, all 20 of these trainees have found employment, with many placed at reputable companies in Hyderabad.

Similarly, our Storekeeper course resulted in all 9 trainees finding gainful employment. Our other courses like Land Surveyor, Supervisor Structure, and Plumbing & Sanitation also boast 100% placement rates, with our trainees gaining employment at esteemed firms like Ashoka Builders and 360Life.

Lastly, our Backhoe Load Operator course has made a significant impact, with all 14 trainees finding employment at renowned establishments like Aparna Enterprises Ltd and Thirupathi JCB Works.

The success of these programs is not just about the numbers, but the lives they change. Every placement represents a person equipped with new skills, earning a sustainable income, and contributing positively to their community.
